This automated service provides an extra layer of security by notifying you via email whenever a document, such as a deed or mortgage, is recorded in Sarasota County using your registered name or registered business name. By receiving these real-time alerts, you can take immediate action if suspicious activity is detected.

Damage Reporting and partial refund
If your property suffered damage due to a calamity such as a fire, flood, or hurricane, be sure to review our Damage Reporting page and submit your details so that we may accurately value your parcel.
